This committee falls under the jurisdiction of the Club’s Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Governance Committee, and recommends recipients for the Club’s national awards to the OE Committee and the Board of Directors. A job description for committee members appears below. Name, address, phone(s), e-mail address and best time to reach you or the person you are recommending. 2. Experience that you or the person you are recommending has with the Sierra Club, particularly in the area of volunteer recognition. Term of service are flexible, but a minimum of two years is expected. New members are needed to ensure that all areas of the country are represented on the committee.
