Yes, I echo Neila's request that you get involved in this issue.  We have a unique opportunity for some changes with our new Governor and Legislature.  But, somehow the environment -- and especially spending funds on the environment -- never seems to be much of a priority in Iowa.  Without significant citizen input and demand for better protection and enhancement of our natural resources, we'll likely suffer status quo budgets and remain one of the worst in the country on spending for natural resources.
