The Iowa Department of Transportation was asked to forward the information below regarding a series of transportation input meetings hosted by Senator Tom Rielly (Chair, Senate Transportation Committee) and Senator Larry Noble (Ranking Member, Senate Transportation Committee).  The purpose of the meetings is to gather input from individuals/groups/organizations regarding needs and issues related to all modes of transportation (i.e. aviation, bicycle/pedestrian, highway, rail, transit, trails, and water) As listed on the attached document, there will be ten meetings across Iowa and we encourage you to participate.  We also encourage you to pass on this information to others with an interest in transportation.
