PUBLIC HEARING ON NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR FEEDLOT IN DICKINSON COUNTY MEDIA CONTACT: Gene Tinker at (563) 927-2640 MILFORD - A public hearing on the nutrient management plan for the John J. Derner open feedlot will be held at the Milford Community Center at 7 p.m. on Sept. 5. The meeting will be held one block west of Highway 71 at 806 North Ave., Suite 4, and is open to the general public. The nutrient management plan is available for public review at the Spencer DNR field office located at 1900 North Grand, Suite 17E.
