Going Green with Land Use
Decisions
Responsible land use and wise transportation investments must
be a part of
Iowa's response to climate change and energy security needs. You
will hear
breaking news about some progress at the state level, challenges
that lie
ahead in the debate over transportation funding, examples of local
smart
growth solutions across Iowa, and what our allies across the nation
are
doing to shift development patterns.
We hope to have enough time
to brainstorm and discuss solutions for the
Ames area.
