JUNE 10 EPC AGENDA REVISED

DES MOINES – An addition to the Environmental Protection Commission’s June 10 agenda will allow the commission to review new evidence regarding Greene County’s petition for a re-hearing on Prestige Farms construction permit.

Requested by Greene County, the new meeting is scheduled for 3:00 p.m.

Other changes to the agenda include an addition to the Solid Waste Alternatives Program grants and discussion of advice received from the General Counsel and Attorney General on commissioner voting requirements. The additional information has been posted to the EPC web site.

The meeting will start at 10 a.m. in the DNR Air Quality Building, 7900 Hickman Road, in Urbandale. The meeting is open to the public and public comments will start at 10:30 a.m.
