LAKE DARLING RESTORATION MANAGEMENT PLAN TO BE PRESENTED TO PUBLIC

 

BRIGHTON — The Iowa Department of Natural Resources will be conducting a public meeting on the Lake Darling Restoration Management Plan on Tuesday, October 14th at 7 p.m.  The meeting will be held at Lake Darling State Park in Brighton, Iowa at the new lodge by the beach.

 

The Lake Darling Restoration Management Plan will be presented with short question/answer periods throughout.  The Management Plan includes all in-lake improvements to be done while the lake is drained and sustaining the improvements over the next 50 years.

 

Interested public are encouraged to attend to learn about the future of Lake Darling.
