No such thing as "clean" coal?

Well, duh...

I wonder if the coal industry hired Bill Luntz to come up with that  
one?  Along with "healthy forests", "clean skies", "mission  
accomplished," and all those other catchy phrases that we won't have  
Duh-bya to popularize any more.
