Interesting observations, Ed.  I do remember TV's consulting contract,  
and I guessed earlier that he'd angle for Sec of Energy.  I hadn't  
thought about a Buffet angle, but it would make sense.  It would make  
equal sense that TV asked Buffet for the favor.

I don't think John Norris will have much trouble finding a Beltway  
job.  The guy to watch will be John Cacciatore.
