The new main "library" has been open for several years, and I have yet to
set foot in it. Maybe this will be an occasion to do so. I try to stay away from
downtown now, though.
With friends like the Des Moines City Council, Des Moines has no need for
enemies. If you want to visit parking structures, downtown Des Moines is the
place. Once there was a city here.
