The subcommittee on HF 422 met this morning, heard our comments, and  
agreed to sign the bill from subcommittee to full House Environmental  
Protection Committee consideration. Hopefully next week this bill will  
be considered in full committee. Another, albeit small, victory.

Bill Title:	A bill for an act relating to motor vehicle emission  
standards.
