And, note, Laurie--IEC used HF790 in their news release--not HF570 as you wrote.  But Lyle says they will use the Senate Bill, SF 432.

They were (are) ‘companion bills’, but the Senate did its bill first so that is the one the House will use in debate and passage when it comes.

I wish IEC would have used the correct number.
