Well, we can tuck our tails between our legs and slink around the  
edges of the political woods, or we can give chase and try and tree  
the campaign varmint:  we could make VOICE a priority:  join the  
coalition and push for it continually, in-session and out.  We could  
organize an 18-month-long, statewide "issue project," as we've done  
before.  But this time "Campaign Pollution" would be our environmental  
issue to build into a campaign issue.
