I think that is correct--but it appears Palin's proposal is having
difficulty getting the support from the state legislature.   Phyllis
I thought National Sierra Club was in favor of an Alaskan natural gas
pipeline vs. the Canadian alternative which would deliver natural gas to
the Alberta Tar sand fields.
