A $10 billion refinery (yes, that would make it the 6th largest in the US) is proposed for a site just north of Sioux City.  South Dakota Dept of Environment and Natural Resources has ignored the impact of the refinery on Iowa and issued an air permit allowing Hyperion to plan construction.
 
Please write a short letter to the Environmental Protection Agency asking them to intervene and to enforce the Clean Air Act.  The attached file contains a sample letter, background on the issue, my letter to EPA 7 and their response.
