A break in the water main on Monday drained the water tower creating the potential for bacterial contamination. The main has now been permanently repaired. Water sampling indicates that there is no bacterial contamination and residents can now return to using the water without boiling first. -30- [cid:image002.jpg@01CA78C5.91893820] Kevin Baskins Communications Bureau Chief Iowa Department of Natural Resources 515-281-8395 [log in to unmask] --- You are currently subscribed to econewswire as: [log in to unmask] To unsubscribe click the Unsubscribe link below, or send a blank email to: [log in to unmask] http://Membership.Lists.ia.gov/u?id=5088844W&n=T&c=F&l=econewswire (click here to unsubscribe) or send a blank email to If you received this message from a friend and would like to sign up for DNR Eco News Wire e-mails, please send a blank e-mail to: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> ________________________________ Spam<https://storm.simpson.edu/canit/b.php?i=48806329&m=70a0dfa14bd5&c=s> Not spam<https://storm.simpson.edu/canit/b.php?i=48806329&m=70a0dfa14bd5&c=n> Forget previous vote<https://storm.simpson.edu/canit/b.php?i=48806329&m=70a0dfa14bd5&c=f> - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - To unsubscribe from the IOWA-TOPICS list, send any message to: [log in to unmask] Check out our Listserv Lists support site for more information: http://www.sierraclub.org/lists/faq.asp
