I just reviewed the
DNR's 2009 Bowhunter Survey and the Bobcat observations have DECREASED
by 9%.

The amendments add Adair, Cass, Guthrie, Keokuk, Louisa, Madison, Mahaska,
Marion, Warren and Washington counties to the open area for taking bobcats
and increase the quota from 200 to 250.
