The State Interagency Missouri River Authority will meet from 1 to 3 p.m. in the second floor conference room of the Wallace Building, 502 E. Ninth St. The meeting is open to the public. Mark Harberg of the Omaha Corps of Engineers will discuss study results on authorized uses of the Missouri River at 1:15 p.m. The group will continue to develop an Iowa vision for the river.
