A news release was
distributed Thursday announcing the release of In Harm's Way, a report
released by Environmental Integrity Project, Earthjustice and Sierra Club about
groundwater contamination due to coal ash. It's a precursor for a campaign
to get people and comments to the EPA about its proposed coal ash rule.
