The Chapter has learned that the Iowa Senate will consider SF390 next week! It could come up as early as Tuesday.
 
The bill enables MidAmerican Energy to begin charging ratepayers for a nuclear power plant that may never be built.

Contact your Senator NOW and say you oppose this bill and any legislation that will allow the construction of another nuclear power plant in Iowa.

This may be our last chance to stop this legislation!
 
We also need people at the Capitol to lobby Senators on Monday!
