Attached are the comments I submitted on behalf of the Iowa Chapter regarding EPA's proposed rules on hazardous air pollutants from electric power plants. They are not very extensive because I did not have a lot of time. I mainly wanted to address the arguments being made by the electric utilities that the rules would cost jobs and increase electric rates.
