Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds today announced that she will hold seven town hall
meetings in Eastern and South Central Iowa Tuesday, September 20 and
Wednesday, September 21, 2011.
“I am looking forward to traveling to these Iowa communities to share our
administration’s vision for Iowa as part of our commitment to visit all of
Iowa’s 99 counties,” said Reynolds. “This past legislative session brought
significant changes that put Iowa on a path to sustainability, including a
two-year budget and the Iowa Partnership for Economic Progress. Governor
Branstad and I will continue to work to reduce both job-killing regulations
and Iowa’s property tax burden as we work to create jobs for Iowans.”
