of a small/emergency loan program using non-program income.
- Analysis of
the capacity of the funds to support lower interest rates.
- Implementation
of the Water Resource Restoration effort, in which watershed
protection projects are supported through interest
rate reductions on Clean Water SRF wastewater
loans.
- Greater
focus on sustainable practices.
- Reduction
of the loan origination fee on infrastructure loans from 1%
to 0.5% with a maximum amount of
$100,000.
