Have you every been out to the wonderful Audubon Society's Starr Ranch?  Viewed their fascinating Owl Cam?  Have you had a chance to see the birds, deer, and other abundant wildlife?  Have you ever relaxed in the shade of the ancient trees and listened to music of the Saddle Mountain Band?  Have you ever taken a stroll through the wildflowers and trees, down by the bubbling brook, and around the grassy meadows?

 

Now is the time to help out both the Sierra Club and the Audubon Society's Starr Ranch Conservancy and, at the same time, experience these pleasant relaxing opportunities!  This annual fundraising event provides financial support to the Sierra Club activities in Orange County as well as the Starr Ranch Conservancy.

 

The BBQ will feature salads, beans, Boca Burgers, Sirloin Burgers, fresh fruit, beverages, hikes, bird walks, and live music. 

 

Tickets are $30 per adult, $15 for children under 12.  They can be purchased by sending a check, made out to Sierra Sage, to Starr Ranch BBQ, c/o Patty Sappingfield, 26352 Via Juanita, Mission Viejo, California 92691.  Please include a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) to facilitate sending your tickets back to you plus a map to the Ranch, which will serve as a pass through the gated community of Dove Canyon.
