Terry Branstad is going to attempt to line-item rescind a
rule on dove hunting that has been in effect since last year. I don't even know
how that could be legal, but I guess he doesn't care. Apparently toxic shot is
the most important thing for the Gov to handle that he has an emergency press
conference scheduled for tomorrow at 8:15 am. Call him at 515-281-5211 and urge
him to follow the lead of DNR and ban toxic shot in dove hunting.
