Sierra Club Members in South Orange County. This is an invitation to attend Monday night's Mission Viejo City Council Meeting. The viability of San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) affects all of us in South Orange County, both from a safety standpoint and from a viable electricity generating standpoint. It now appears that SONGS will be shut down all summer, the peak electrical demand period.
