Jane--
Got it.  Thanks!  Do you know if these meetings are for disseminating UA/UAA info to the public or for revising their whole criteria for protecting our streams and waters?  The Stream Assessment shown at this site looks to be the same one from 2005 or so, when Rich Leopold was Director at least.  Seems all the DNR is interested in protecting is based solely on people' s uses (fishing, boating, swimming) with litle or no effort to correct declinations in non-game/non-commercial species of our natural resources.  What's best/sustainable for the land, environment, and whole ecology is way down their list of priorities.  Human wants and desires are number ONE. The environment has to do at least 90% of  the compromising whenever people want something from it.   Humans are the number ONE invasive species on the planet and  little other than lip-service is being done about it:-(   Now I'll see if I can magnify their list enough to actually read it and see if the Little Wapsi and Buck Creek, which converge on our property, are on it.
Again thanks,
Susan

Susan—when you responded to my message I noticed that the link is repeated.

Try this:  www.iowadnr.gov/InsideDNR/RegulatoryWater/WaterQualityStandards/DesignatedUses/UseAssessments.aspx
It worked when I tried it.

If neither works, then please email [log in to unmask]

Thanks,

Jane--
When I click on the site shown below to get the list of stream designations being revised I get "Bad Request".  Is there an error in the site shown?
Thanks,
Susan West
