| Michael,
Senate Majority Leader Michael Gronstal just double-crossed us. Nearly four weeks ago, Senate insiders told us Senate File 418 would not be debated this year. But today, Gronstal put it back on the debate calendar. Hundreds of everyday Iowans like you took action to stop SF 418, a bill that would reward bad management by allowing factory farm operators to dump overflowing manure into abandoned factory farms. Gronstal's not standing with the people. There's no question this is an industry hand out. As the Senate Majority Leader, Gronstal has the power to decide which bills will come to the floor for a debate. With less than 72 hours left in the 2013 legislative session, the bill's been put back on the debate calendar. It's a favor for the factory farm lobby. This bad manure bill could come to a vote tonight or tomorrow. With Gronstal's support, it's poised to pass. We need you to act now. Here's how you can help us:
