You are invited to join us

    at our bi-monthly meeting:

We will discuss environmental issues and conservation issues current to Orange County Residents as well as discuss the various hikes and other activities being presented in Orange County in the near future.

PROGRAM: Orange County Water Issues: The Sierra Sage group will host a panel discussion on water supply in Orange County. With the record drought and local water supply proposals like the Delta Tunnels, desalination and Cadiz making headlines it is more important than ever to get the facts on this important issue.  The panel will consist of two distinguished local water district, Presidents, Larry Mc Kenney of the Moulton Niguel Water District and Wayne Rayfield of the South Coast Water District.  The panel will be moderated by Ray Hiemstra, Associate Director of Orange County Coastkeeper.  This will be a great opportunity to hear and ask questions about local and statewide water supply issues from two local elected officials with extensive knowledge of the issue.  Be sure to put this panel discussion on your calendar.
