Thanks for sending the e-mail Iowa Chapter newsletter. The articles were informative. The eminent domain article was especially interesting, as Wally Taylor pointed out several serious problems in getting just treatment for affected landowners.

I have some questions:

1. Who is the editor of the Chapter newsletter in its electronic form?

2. Will there be a letters to the editor section?

3. Who is Candace Manroe? She wrote all four of the articles in the current issue. Is she from the Iowa Chapter? If so, from which group?

4. The print form of the newsletter will be eventually phased out. What is the schedule for the phaseout?
