Jerry:

At this point, the lawsuit has been filed in federal court in Sioux City. The counties/drainage districts have not yet filed an answer to the lawsuit. I am working with the Sierra Club Law Program to prepare a petition to intervene in the case in support of Des Moines Water Works.
