Yesterday at the Iowa Environmental Conference one of the sessions I attended was Protecting  Water, Air and Land with Legal Tools.


The focus was on the role of litigation and Jerry Anderson,  Drake Law School was one of the presenters.  




He went back about 20 years, saying before that before that environmental litigation was "only Wally Taylor's superman efforts."  Nice recognition.
