Hi all,

yes, it's election time. I just wanted everyone to be aware of Thomas
Fiegen, running for US Senate against Charles Grassley. Feel free to
bird-dog him--you will love what you hear. He has now visited 77 of the 99
Iowa counties, and he has life-long, very deep -- and progressive --
agriculture credentials. And he totally gets the essential need for local
food systems and local economies. He is a wonderful human being and very
progressive and strong--check out his statement below. he is a "Bernie
Sanders Democrat".

http://fiegenforussenate.com/ (his site is just now getting up and
running--they are still filling it in)
WHY I'M RUNNINGTo restore and protect the middle class from billionaire
special interests, overturn Citizens United and stand with Bernie Sanders,
before and after the election. To protect and expand the grown-local farm
movement; clean up Iowa water and stop the excessive use of dangerous
chemicals in agriculture.

Feel free to email me any questions -- [log in to unmask]
