When I clicked on the first link, a 404 "page not found" notice appeared.

Anyone who knew how rowcrop spraying is usually done in the real world,
and knew the history of dicamba drift, and read the guidelines for applying
new dicamba formulations, could have foreseen a lot of this coming. When I
read last year about some of the rules, especially about downwind
unsprayed buffer zones, my reaction was "yeah, right."

This is from another news story about dicamba:

“Following (the label instructions) as they are now is a Herculean task.
Talk about threading the needle — you can’t spray when it’s too windy. You
can’t spray under 3 miles per hour. You got to keep the boom down — there
are so many things,” said University of Tennessee weed management expert
Larry Steckel, in an excerpt from the suit. “It looks good on paper, but when
a farmer or applicator is trying to actually execute that over thousands
of acres covering several counties, it’s almost impossible.”

Across the field by the flashing weir,
Slowly, solemnly stalking." (Mary Austin)

Pesticide ‘drifting’ wreaks havoc across US crops
EDITED
At least 2.5 million soy acres are impacted.
Monsanto and BASK developed new dicamba-resistant soybean and cotton
seeds, allowing farmers to spray crops later in the growing process.

Larry Martin in Illinois says he’s never seen anything like it in his 35
years of farming. Arkansas soybean grower Joe McLemore says he faces the
loss of his life savings.

EPA is reviewing its directions on how to use the latest versions of the
weed killer dicamba, following hundreds of reports about crop damage when
traces of it drift away from application sites.

approvals. They don't look so they don't find.)
