Jane,

It would seem the IDNR is going in the wrong direction.  At a time when
most biologists would agree that we are in a period of increasing
extinction threats, why would the IDNR propose this type of change -
budget I suppose.  Have you got someone to talk to at the IDNR regarding
this proposal and its origins?
