"Iowa Public Policy & Global Climate Change" David Osterberg, Iowa DNR Consultant and former UI Prof and Iowa State Legislator. Osterberg has decades of experience in environmental policy in Iowa. Among other things, he played a key role in a number of policy initiatives in the legislature, including the implementation of a statewide groundwater monitoring system. An excellent speaker worth paying for (of course, it's FREE). Wednesday, April 21st, 7:30pm in room 166 of the Iowa Memorial Union.
