Speaker will be David Osterberg, Environmental Consultant to the Department
of Natural Resources.

David Osterberg is well-known for his expertise on energy and the
environment and is working to help the Iowa DNR meet the new challenges in
energy issues, renewable energy, and Iowa's responsibilities and
opportunities in light of potential global climate concerns. David
Osterberg served six terms as a state representative.
